I have to agree I think its nothing short of disgraceful

Really strange. I guess he believes you have a shot at the title otherwise he wouldn't have done it. I suppose you have to look at that as a positive.

Poch didn’t let us down, the players did, dominated the game but couldn’t finish and we missed a penalty.

Perhaps Levy has instructed him to prioritise the league. He’s much rather top 4 than a trophy

I think hes RIGHTFULLY protecting his players for top 4 challenge.

Grandspur, I could handle a defeat if the best available team were on the pitch, but they were not. This is not a one off, it happens every season with Poch, leave best available players out, save them for the next Prem game, and guess what, Spurs usually lose that as well.

Poch just never learns. I am losing patience with the fella now. It is like Spurs cannot get any manager in the world better than him to manage some of the best players we have had for donkeys years.

I would personally have preferred to have gone strong today and rested on Wednesday but then we likely lose to Watford and are risking our top 4 place.

The fundamental issue is our squad isn't good enough. Selling Dembele without buying a replacement was borderline insanity. Poch certainly takes some blame but Levy should take the majority of it.

Right so over halfway thru the season and pool have lost once. Its pretty obvious they are now going to lose at least 3 or 4 games before the end of the season and city are also going to fall to pieces.

Disgraceful IMO to pick a team which you are pretty sure has no chance of winning.

I would consider it a disgrace if it were the last game of the season when we could not move up or down in our league position let alone for the fecking FA Cup

We all know Spurs will get turned over at Wembley by Watford this coming week. Poch does it every season, rests players for the following week`s Prem games, and it nearly always backfires.

He did let us down, Palace were awful, and a better starting XI would have seen Spurs win that game. Poch`s starting XI was awful, just a mish mash of players.

I have been arguing Poch's cup policy for years now but most fans think its all about the CL because people have been brainwashed by sky tv.

The worst thing that ever happened to the game of football in this country is the sky tv money.

Those same player have played a hell of a lot of football in the last 2 months or so. They're all exhausted. Eriksen is, according to Poch and Son has said the same thing. The reason we're in this mess with injuries is because too many of those top tier lads have played too many minutes, now you're suggesting we keep doing it and deplete the squad further. Sorry but the buck still stops with Levy for not injecting the finances to build a more competent, deeper squad. How you can blame the best manager we've had for decades when he's working miracles with one hand tied behind his back.

We are liable to lose to Watford anyway, may as well tried to win today first, and then let the Watford game take care of itself. As it is the team now will be absolutely low on confidence, so expect nothing different midweek.

Poch just cannot handle more than one competition at a time, when the pressure comes on. Palace were poor today, and Poch handed them the tie on a plate.

It is about CL though. Financially it is plus ability to attract better players.

Totally agree. Squads like Spurs and Liverpools cannt compete in 4 competitions

Well if George scores from that clever free kick, Trippier puts the penalty away and kwp doesn’t give away such a silly penalty. Can’t blame Poch for them incidents. Team selection, tactics and subs maybe but if players cannot do basic things at critical moments then who’s fault is it?

I just don't think he'd say sacrifice the cup for a better chance of top four which I don't think will be a problem for you anyhow.

Agreed, the thing is some of our supporters are saying Poch needs money to go out and buy some more players, what is the point, he still wouldn`t field his best side in the cup.

I mean last year in the semi-final against United, he chose to pick either Lloris or Toby. You aint winning anything, if you don`t pick your best players for the big games. Maybe that may be a clue why he has never won a trophy.

My point exactly. If we'd gone strong and lost on Wednesday, those same fickle fans would be criticising Poch the same way. He can't win. He's doing his upmost to steer a ship that is falling to bits and he's doing it admirably. If Levy has hoodwinked you lot into shifting the blame onto Poch then he's pulled off the greatest illusion ever seen.

We'll see how much you lot love Levy when Poch has enough and shoots off to Manchester in the summer.

Nothing to do with Levy, that Pochettino elected not to pick his best available players today. 100 per cent Poch is to blame for the defeat today.

If I was Levy I would have Poch in the office first thing tomorrow, demanding to know why he left some of better players out of the starting Xi, given that Son, Dele and Kane were definitely all missing.
