You support Liverpool ffs. Salah has thrown himself on the floor about half a dozen times this season .
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That doesn't alter the fact that over the past three seasons Spyrs have been given loads of penalties.
Nothing to do with Salah or Liverpool
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not looking for a Pool Spurs bitchfest but surely you agree that you have had some ridiculous penalties this season
Alli has an embarrassing reputation for diving (though quietened down this season) but I don’t recall many of his dives resulting in penalties

We haven't had any penalties without there being a foul. The one time Salah dived without a foul, he didn't get the penalty, although to be fair, he should have been booked.
But if you want to tell me which oenalty out if the six we got which wasn't a foul, that would be interesting.

Because it has been happening for ages. As previously said. If Spurs win it must be the opposition who played badly or are tired, but if Spurs loose it is lack of spending, small squad. Today a classic example. All the articles after this morning's game were about how well City fought, what a tough schedule they have blah, blah. Never similar comments about Spurs. We did play in the CL game also and have had a long run in the League Cup. But there was nothing on this, just a couple of vague comments on how Spurs also turned up today,. City keeps getting praised up, but never a word on why they are where they are.
Be nice if for once a pundit came out with some honest comments on how anyone can play / win like City if they go out a spend 1/2 a billion. Is facking easy to do that.

Winston still peddling this nonsense.
Same challenge to you Winnie. Show me all of these penalties we got that weren't fouls. Mind you we only got six.
So we have Newcastle, in 4-0 win, Salah pulled from behind in the box, as he moved towards goal.
Former referee Gallagher “I thought it was a penalty – he [Dummett] caught him by the arm and there was enough there. At the speed people move, you do not need much… (to go over). His reaction is that he almost gives upon the decision, like ‘why have I done that?’
Against Brighton when Salah was again pulled back from behind. Houghton had no complaints.
“Mo Salah is probably the best in the country in one-on-one situations, it was hard for Pascal. I certainly apportion no blame.”
Against Arsenal when Salah was again fouled in the box, this time the defender had three kicks at him. Another awarded for a push on Lovren in the box.
Mane fouled by the keeper, in the box against Fulham.
Salah against Palace when Sakho had two kicks against him and brought him down.
So there we have it, a whole six penalties, three in 5-1 and 4-0 thrashing of Arsenal and Newcastle. All fouls.
Myth debunked.
Hope this helps.
I’m not debating that point, I’m telling you that you’re wrong to claim the Newcastle incident was 100% a foul and that’s because you don’t understand the laws.
I don’t feel the contact was sufficient to be adjudged a foul and we’ll never know if the referee would agree because Salah cheated to make it look worse than it was.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
You can go back to the other articles and 397 pages to see my views on that.
But yeah I agree Salah cheated and went down when he didn't need to, as all players in his position would have. The reason has been made clear to you on why players do so. They don't get the foul otherwise. This was proven when Salah was fouled earlier in the season and didnt get the foul, luckily he went on and scored so he wasn't punished for being fouled.
You can try to justify it all you like.
His cheating meant we don’t know if the referee would have adjudged it sufficient contact for it to be a foul.
And yes, I know your flawed views on it. Quite how you’ve debated the subject for so long without bothering to read the laws is amazing.
“His cheating meant we don’t know if the referee would have adjudged it sufficient contact for it to be a foul.”
Well we do because he gave the pen. Regardless of how Salah went down it was a foul and a pen. There wasn’t much debate about it amongst pundits and the media, along with an ex ref, because they thought it was a pen. Unless they all don’t know the rules or something?
Equally there have been instances of Salah being fouled and not getting anything. The most recent being Luiz in the Chelsea game last week. It was a foul and should’ve been a pen. But because Salah over did going down the ref didn’t give it. Funnily enough rival fans were screaming dive about it as well
The debate about Salah is daft anyway. We’ve had 6 pens all season. If you follow rival fan logic (I know) it should’ve only been 2 or 3 as the rest were dives. Meanwhile United have had how many?
I couldn't care less if Salah, or any other player, cheats as much as humanly possible and even more than that gets away with it.
You have got to be a d!ckless geek with zero game experience at a decent level to go on thinking you know what's going through the players minds, howuch the meant things let alone exaggerated in a split second moment of a high pressure situation. Incredible arrogance.

He may not have given the pen had Salah not dived.
It really is that simple.
There’s no justification for diving and the attempt by TOOR is flawed for multiple reasons.

Why are Spurs fans so bothered by the media. Must be the umpteenth article this week. Just enjoy your successes. Fack the media.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Exactly
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Because it has been happening for ages.

We get loads of pens?!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We haven't had any penalties without there being a foul. The one time Salah dived without a foul, he didn't get the penalty, although to be fair, he should have been booked.
But if you want to tell me which oenalty out if the six we got which wasn't a foul, that would be interesting.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Didn’t Salah go down ridiculously v Newcastle earlier in the season ?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He was pulled back from behind, when through on goal in the box. He dived, any attacker in that position would. It's a foul and a penalty.
That isn't what I asked however. I asked out of the six penalties we've had all season, can anybody point out which ones weren't fouls?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
TOOR still insisting that it’s 100% a foul but doesn’t even know which law applies.
Ignorance is bliss.
