They are very good make no mistake
Bloody shame having no Kane son or winks though
Couldn’t really lay a glove on them
They will not be the champions. Ridiculous statement and defeatist attitude you were
Could have been worse... bit lucky there ...
Not over yet
Didnt win either of their home KO games

I can’t see us winning another game this season.
We’ll probably scrape 4th with a home draw against Everton.
But then we have to qualify (I think?)- never trust us not to fack that.
What happens if Chaaaavs or Arsenal win Europa?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We will finish 3rd
If Sissoko is fit to start next week and with Son up front then we have every chance.
They are good. But they are not out of reach.
If you give up on this tie now then I assume you have up on us in the group stages too...........

Nothing, if Spurs as I expect finish 5th. Can see us losing to both Bournemouth and Everton. Far to many injuries.

Ffs you not remember when you wanted poch sacked and said we'd finish 6th a few weeks ago
Relax
outclassed by a very fine Ajax side.
well said sandy.
Tie is not over yet thiugh
I`m expecting another defeat to Bournemouth, they`ll be fresh and at home they are a threat.
Lack of squad depth, injuries and a never ending supply of bad luck really have ruined things at the most important time.
Season has been ruined by injuries... Yes. But those injuries could've been avoided with a bigger squad.
Pushing a small squad that got almost no summer rest with no new players... This was entirely foreseeable and avoidable.
30% possession and only 1 shot on target.
You’ll need a city type performance in the second leg, this is far from over.

Our first 11 would beat these imo
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That is the key, you absolutely need your best players on the pitch in semi-finals against the best sides. Squad players will not win ties like this, or many games as been proved over the past few weeks, that is like now four losses in a row now.

Look mate if Spurs had all their best players, I would be very confident, but with the squad players they are just good enough. If you cannot beat teams as poor as West Ham and take a last minute goal to beat Brighton, shows you how poor the team is without the main men.

Even if we had a squad of 100, you can guarantee 90 players would be out injured.
Ouclassed..mmm..ok.. They played well 1st 30 mins but second half they didn't really do much once we got amongst them. A bit o.t.t to say we were outclassed. Barcelona tearing us a new one at Wembley was being outclassed.
Our best 11 would have easily won that game imo. Really had no striker upfront with a geriatric in Llorente and Moura who is not a natural striker. Injuries have truly faacked off us this season.
Best opportunity to reach a CL final and will always be a huge regret if we fail to take it.
They was very good but we was very poor too.
Pray that with Son back and Sissoko starting we can turn it around.
Although Bournemouth needs a big performance too

This is why klopp plays weakened sides in domestic cups. You just cant compete on all fronts unless youre City

They could easily have had another couple of goals second half, they took their foot of the gas. They are a better side as it stands, no two ways about that. With their best team out on the pitch, they may have given Ajax a game.
