Yeah it's BS he is not ready. He was one of the best players on the pitch for Forest against Prem teams last season.

It’s the issue with Conte, he can be 100% right but if his ego is challenged he will push everyone else in the firing line

Some bravery to take on man, not play safe all the time and be more forward thinking. Hard to coach that into someone in his mid 20's.

is 23 mid 20s?

I’m not sure the taking on a man part is as much of a requirement. He does doubt himself in the final third, often tries to cross when he should pass behind to the deep right mid/RCB position and sometimes passes behind him when he should take his cross. I don’t know if he will ever improve that side of his game, but defensively he is very solid.

i dont hate him as a player far from it but no way should we be in a position where hes starting every game in such an important position in Conte ball
