Reguilon. I knew I was forgetting an obvious one. Keep I reckon.

Don’t think we’ve even sold Ndombele yet, never mind Reggie.

So many bad buys.
So much interference from Levy.

It’s almost as if the two things were linked.

Go on….

It made sense as he was one of the best young LBs in the world at that point

Much like if we signed Levi Colwill tomorrow it would be a good buy. You can’t predict certain serious injury problems

posted on 4/5/23

Well obviously not a long term buy, he only lasted 5 minutes.

JUST IN: #thfc captain Hugo Lloris is unlikely to play again this season.

His final appearance for the club may well have been the 6-1 defeat at Newcastle. | @standardsport

Hopefully we never see him in the shirt again

Yup. People keep talking as though he'll be back in the starting XI for day 1 next season. Knowing Spurs' medical staff he won't be match fit until spring 2024

Hope the Kessie rumours are true, be a good upgrade on PEH

Barcelona will try and sell Franck Kessié, Eric Garcia, Ferran Torres, Marcos Alonso and Raphinha in order to facilitate Leo Messi's return.

Raphinha would be ideal

posted on 7/5/23

Kessie really isn't very good. Seems to have a lot of hype based on scoring a bunch of pens. Not good enough in possession and offers very little defensively. Think people would have visions of Ndombele if they saw Kessie failing to track back.

Eric Garcia would be OK but hasn't really kicked on much at Barca.

Ferran has gone miles backwards, I genuinely wouldn't take him at Spurs. He had one really good game against some cannon fodder a couple of months back (Cadiz maybe?) but otherwise he's become lazy and profligate. Can't finish, can't beat a man and can't pass. Takes the wrong option every time. The talent is there so I suppose he could rediscover his form at a new club, but I wouldn't want Spurs to take the risk.

Marcia Alonso... Obviously not.

Raphinha has had a weird season. Works his backside off, looks brilliant right up until the final ball but often completely flubs really good positions either when playing final ball or getting on the end of it. It's like he gets stage fright after being brilliant in buildup. His numbers should be so much better than they are

Kompany has signed a new deal with Burnley, so we can count him out.

If it ain’t Naglesmann, we’re back into Nuno territory.

Then Slot, De Zerbi, maybe Alonso and Post move up the order?

I don't want any of the Barca castoffs turning up at Spurs.

Slot and alonso would be no less risk than Mason

De zerbi won’t leave Brighton. Why would he?

Poch, naaglesman or Mason for me still.

posted on 8/5/23

Wouldn't be mad if Mason was given the job, he's done well in the chances he's had at Tottenham with the management sackings. Definitely has a bright future in management.
