Are they?

Will this one NOT be a member of a f*cking international crime syndicate then?

Will we count that as progress?

What sort of football does Amorim play? I've watched two videos, one of which said he was the new Mourinho with his "pragmatic" style, and the other opened by saying his football was "exciting", so I'm none the wiser

in the league the end up with a lot of the ball but it's very Jose sort of "let the players figure it out" possession as opposed to structured principles.

in the CL they've been more pragmatic

the German DoFs we've been linked to have been good

The guy who hired Jose though would be a baffling appointment

Also been linked to the ex-spurs bloke too (I think he’s in the Dutch league right now? Can’t really remember)

I've read similar to Alonso. Three at the back but the opposite of King Conte and King Jose.

No thanks. Ex-Arsenal and wasn't good enough for them. It was only yesterday on the live thread watching Faes fail against Liverpool, how we should not let any more David Luiz lookalikes into the PL.

Brendan Rodgers would "love" the #Tottenham job and is one to watch.

Yeah, I've read he's done well at Marseille but even so that wouldn't be a popular move

From the Express and POK has tapped it in

Arne Slot is reportedly keen to bring Feyenoord captain Orkun Kokcu with him to Tottenham should he be named the club’s new manager. The 44-year-old has highly been widely rumoured to be on Daniel Levy’s list to replace Antonio Conte but the Lilywhites would face a number of hurdles to appoint him including competition from Ajax.

22 yrs old, captain and DM.

I like the looks of Kokcu. Sort of all-round midfielder Spurs lack. Good shot on him too, with both feet.

Would be hard to tell him and Hojbjerg apart if they played together though

Haha true. He refused to wear a rainbox armband once too so fairplay to him for sticking to his beliefs.

Not sure about that. Muslims have been living in this country for decades and the majority have integrated very well with their own beliefs and way of life.

For a 22 yr old he seems very mature

"I think it's important to emphasise that I respect everyone regardless of religion, background or preference. I believe that everyone is free to do what they want or feel. I fully understand the importance of this action, but because of my religious beliefs, I don't feel the right person to support this.

"That's why I don't feel comfortable wearing this captain's armband. I can imagine some people are disappointed with this. That is absolutely not my intention, although I realise that I may not immediately be able to take away that feeling with these words. But I hope that my choice for religious reasons will also be respected."
