I don't know how good this Veliz guy is but I like the idea that having 2 of his fellow countrymen already at the club might mean it helps him to settle in quite quickly.

We always needed a good understudy to Kane. Could he be the guy?

Postecoglou on Van de Ven: "It's not done yet. We need bolstering in that central defensive area. We need defenders who can work in an aggressive formation, defend well & behind them. We'll be looking to bring in a couple in that area in the coming days."
