i suppose we werent gonna get much of a fee for Dier anyway
he'll probably sign an extention and we'll try and fail to sell him again

Eric Dier on social media criticism:
"Many people might say they don't care, I'm telling you I genuinely don't care! I don't read it. You'd have to tell me.
The only people that I care about is what my family says about me, and what my manager and team-mates say about me. The rest of it I really couldn't care less."
He defo has a burner account.
Eric Dier on his Spurs future:
"Yeah, I'm planning on being here! I can control playing well, being fit, training well, playing well. Those are the things I can control.
Those kind of things [contract talks] are something that involve other people. So there needs to be mutuality there. I can't speak for the other side (and whether Spurs want to give him a new deal).
All I can say is, look, I'm going to do what I can do, control what I can control and try to have a great season."
A rat to the end.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
worth noting this was while on tour. he's been out of the squad since and you'd hope the club have had a word with him to do the best for all parties

So you agree he is still a rat. Cheers
someone had to carry Winks mantle
TBH I don't blame Dier for wanting to see his contract out. His career will only nose dive more post Spurs and he knows it.
I actually think he'll make a half decent CB in Italy or France
if hes 4th choice and we can get a decent fee for Sanchez while getting another CB in whos an improvement on both, so be it
always been frustrating Dier isnt homegrown, makes him more annoying
If the selling players is holding us up from signing new ones, then I don't care which of the undesirables we sell, whether it be Dier or Sanchez.

I think he's registered as homegrown for Europe, which we don't have this season. So doubly annoying.

No he has always been counted as non hg because he spent his youth career at Sporting.
He should go back there tbh.

Eric getting a little salty
Conte's departure has cooled #Tottenham's desire for Lenglet. Lenglet has not completely given up on the idea of returning to #Spurs, although sources close to the players environment admit that very little interest has been shown by Postecoglou to date
@tjuanmarti
A good kick in the face of the all the Lenglet bed wetters.
spainish press desperate for the poor guy to leave their country
Lloris will not go to Lazio, Hugo rejected the move.
The goalkeeper will be open to offers until the end of the transfer window and could stay at #Tottenham.
@FabriceHawkins
Another one
Where does he want to go?
I actually thought he was retiring!
We can't even get rid of Hugo
What is going on.
well as things stand 6 players over 21 will need to be left out of our 25 man squad.

assuming well get rid of no one else those 4 plus Lloris and Tanganga gotta be the ones left out of the 25 man squad no?
I wonder how many offers levy has rejected, trying to squeeze a few more pounds out of the buyer?
Probably going to have to pay some of these players off now
I would say, like I said when Kane left, we will be signing no one else this summer 👍
