If only he really did have just 1 day left. Our fans were singling ‘we’ve got our Tottenham back’ the other day while he went home to sleep on a bed made of £100m Kane money - that situation is his dream scenario. Him, ENIC and Lewis’s slag family will be delivering mediocrity to this club for generations to come because the fans don’t really want them out bad enough - just far too much apathy.

RE Fati. Player preference was Brighton over Spurs. Presumably due to the fact that he'll get more time (less competition for places & more games as they're in Europe) and because he still wants to make it at Barca (and Spurs apparently insisted on an option, whereas Brighton offered a straight loan)

All fair enough, but the thing I can't get my head around is that Spurs clearly didn't want him enough to really push for the deal - but seemingly Spurs really DO want the utterly average Brennan Johnson instead

I'm not so bothered about Fati necessarily, I just can't work out what Spurs see in Johnson

Yep, shambles. Sanchez will be getting plenty more minutes this season being our clear 3rd choice now. We’ll negotiate BJ down to the wire and that’ll be it for this window.

If Tanganga and Sanchez both leave, though.. And Dier doesn't...
