As I understand it the DoF kinda acts like a Chief Scout used to only there's more people involved these days. So he's talking to the manager and agents but not doing the legwork of scouting necessarily.

I'm more curious about what Scott Munn is up to. He was supposed to be taking over the football side from Levy but I've heard nothing about what he's actually doing.

Knew Paritici's a consultant now but I'd guess a pretty influential one.

Interesting in Ali Gold's latest movie he says player of the season so far for him is between Vicario and Son with Porro a little bit behind them.
Hmm. I don't think Son's anywhere near it personally!?

The contenders that come to mind for me are:
-Vicario
-Udogie
-Porro
-Sarr

I'd say vdV and Maddison are still contenders too.

I'd probably give Emerson and Davies a shout before I got to Sonny tbh. Kulu too I think's probably been more consistent.

I don't think he's been outstanding so maybe this shows how many chances we've been creating and how many goal scoring positions he's got himself into.
He's probably scored about 6 offside as well!

Scott Munn - Chief Football Officer, AliG said the other week he's got more responsibility than anybody has ever been given under ENIC, I assume given he's not from a sporting background that this is more oversight and administration, trying to get the club's mens,womens and academy singing from the same hymn sheet, improving behind the scenes processes etc. Probably has a heavy say on coaching and recruitment personnel but not players

so essentially a head of recruitment, don't think he'll have much control over future managerial appointments for example

Paratici is no longer employed by the club but is doing consultancy work. I imagine we still consult him a lot on player recruitment given his track record, but clearly did not care what he thought about the managerial search

So maybe:

Paratici - mens' team player recruitment. Also has to be nice to Ange so as to not cause Daniel trouble.
Ange - Begrudingly accepts Paratici (knowing he's got the club awesome players) but reminds everyone that if it came to it he could say no if he wanted. Can also make a couple of suggestions for Paratici to look into.
Munn - womens team manager's boss, insurance, salary payments, ticket prices, handles feedback about the stadium, emails Daniel the latest league tables (mens, womens, academy)
Lange - academy team manager's boss, health and safety, supplier contracts, marketing, advertising

Something like that?
