I don't believe in bad luck either. I think it's a combination of injury prone players (GLC would get injured sitting down) and the high pressing style requiring lots of sprints throughout the team. Conte ball only needed the forwards to sprint, and Kane, Kulusevski and Son seem to be pretty robust

VDV was out for ten weeks, is that the price they have to pay?

It does seem a high year for injuries in general, though. I was looking because I'm that sad at the number of injuries in a season because I suspect the slightly longer games with more added time will result in more injuries. Too early to say, but I think we're trending over average as a league
