Richarlison wants to remain at #thfc despite links to clubs in Saudi Arabia. Spurs are happy for him to stay and do not intend to listen to any bids. The two parties have already held talks over his future and the striker is in their plans for next season. [PL Brasil]

He's not perfect but he's done pretty well, and is very committed to the team.

Number 1 in the goals per minutes chart for Tottenham over the course ofthis season, so would be strange to get rid of him in my opinion!

Tottenham are considering a move for the Nottingham Forest winger Callum Hudson-Odoi. The 23-year-old was offered to them last summer when he was surplus to requirements at Chelsea only for Spurs look elsewhere. They ended up signing Brennan Johnson from Forest on deadline day for £47m, with Forest taking Hudson-Odoi for a cut-price £3m.

Spurs’ opinion towards Hudson-Odoi has changed after a fine season at Forest and they have him on their wishlist for what is expected to be a busy summer. The one-time jewel of the Chelsea academy finished as Forest’s second-top scorer with eight goals – all of them in the Premier League. Were Forest to be tempted to sell, they could expect to make a hefty profit.

It is no secret the Spurs manager, Ange Postecoglou, wants to strengthen his attacking options, having seen them stretched by injury over this past season when the club did not play in Europe. Their schedule will be swelled next time out by a Europa League campaign after the fifth-placed finish in the league.

Postecoglou lost another winger signed last summer – Manor Solomon – to a season-ending injury in September. He counted on the captain, Son Heung-min, Johnson, Dejan Kulusevski and the January loanee Timo Werner in wide areas. Richarlison, nominally a No 9, also played on the flanks. Spurs have yet to decide whether to take up the £15m option to make Werner’s move from RB Leipzig permanent.

Goal scoring is not our problem. The team proved we can score goals from every position except Bissouma. Not trying to have a pop at him either. Even Davies and Emerson grabbed goals.

We need someone like Werner on either side who can finish their dinner or supply goals and better at pressing than BJ and Son. More physical even.

I'm good Bill. Just think we are stocked with enough strikers.

Before Haaland city were winning leagues with an average striker or false no.9. Liverpool with Salah, Mane, Firminho, false no.9. Woolwich had Jesus last season and still did well.

We were 6th highest scorers the league. Yes another 15 or 20 goals would elevate us higher. Buying one more expensive striker might not solve the issue. Kulu will have to become good competition for Richy. Both have different qualities we could use depending on the oppo.

Buying two productive wingers could help bridge the gap. This is one of weakest areas in terms of depth. BJ and Son to an extent will be better bench options.

Richy will have free summer as he has not been picked for the Copa. It could help alot him next season.
