Like Chelsea doing super long contracts so if they end up selling Mudryk for 10m in a couple of years it won't hurt their spending limit. But they're down 80m in real terms. What you could spend and what you can spend is very different. Like when they said Spurs had 400m FFP room. Doesn't mean the cash is there

Also Neto can play both wings and the lad Doue at Rennes has played in 8 different positons during his short career but recently played left wing and CM alot.
