And people think it's impossible for Jose to get top 4 or get past a Croatian side until we replace our back up midfielders and centre backs ffs

It’s not the players ability, it’s their mindset/complacency, plus tactics I don’t think they enjoy, Jose’s had a year to work on that. The one thing I thought he WOULD be able to do was fix their mentality.

Id understand that argument about the starters but I really don't think that the mentality of your back up wingers make much of a difference

Does Alex Oxlade Chamberlain have a far superior mentality to harry winks or is he just on a fantastic team? If you swapped those players around would Liverpool have struggled because winks doesn't have the minerals required to be a 5th choice midfielder for a title winning team?

Just their collective complacency of thinking they just need to turn up is what I’m getting at, seen it far too many times over the years.

Ultimately it's not going to actually happen so the next manager will have to get a tune out of some of them next season - you can't sell 20 players in a summer

GK, CB, RB and CM as a bonus

Loan another striker/forward as funds will be tight.

Don’t know where to start tbh Phenom, obviously Kane going or staying will be key.

Kane will stay no one will stump up what would be needed to get him.

Kane would really need to throw a fit which isn't in his nature.

Kieta, Ox Milner is vastly superior to Sissoko, Winks, and an out of form Alli - it’s not even close. Milner is so good he plays both Left back and CB at the same time. Matip would start at CB for us. Finally Liverpool’s real front 3 played nearly every game last season - if we had those options and Jose delivered what he has then I would be with you wanting him out

Why would you sell Son?

2 CBs are a must as is a RB who can both defend and attack.

RB - Lamptey/Aaron’s - I actually think we might stump up here

CB - White/Dunk/Skriniar/De ligt - no doubt we will cheap out here as usual

Presuming money is tight, I would flog Sissoko, Winks and Lamela and bring back Skipp, Sessegnon and Clarke whilst pushing Devine towards the first team.
