Like Edin said I think he probably does have another few seasons left but I'm not sure I'm so confident about it that I'd extend his contract so it is probably the right time

I'm not convinced he's got that long left. If he stayed i think one more season. Once he loses a fraction of his speed he's going to look pretty average. But yeah, great servant and I wish him well.

Henderson would be perfect for me, unrealistic tho. Pope is the obvious one and we could have a clear run at him in the summer

It’s his footwork and positioning that makes him so good. I don’t think he needs his speed in Jose’s system and probably not needed it since Poch 15/16

Lloris is still good and is under appreciated by a lot of the fans. Pope it we can get him is a decent age, very good sized, hg and knows the league.

We need to sell players and this could mean having to sell some players regrettably. Lloris will stay one season more by looks of it and probably go for free when we need to take anything in terms of transfer fee possible if we really are adopting such a sell to buy policy.

Issue is we really need two keeper then. Hart number 2 and he's terrible.

It probably makes sense to cash in while he still has value. Especially if PSG are keen - it wouldn’t be fun but it would make good sense

I meant his reaction speed really, getting down to those low shots. His rushing out has always been let down by his kicking

Would his reaction time diminish? I can’t think of too many keepers who go drastically downhill regarding reacting once they hit 35?

Yeah I think that drop off seems to come around 40? I don’t really know thought just how it seems when I look at the best keepers around the world in recent years

I’d never really thought he was that great, more was just always with a terrible defence so looked a lot better. Hart fell off a cliff but that is much more unexplainable and he’s been bad since he was like 28

I think Sanchez has been pretty good in his time back but agreed. Rodon has been wasted and he looks really good (and Jose was positive?). Tanganga’s minutes have been just so bizarre

Sanchez is better when we are on the front foot which we should be more often. Two of him, Dier and regrettably Toby leaving would be good for the squad and recoup a bit of money there. Not gonna happen though, think all 3 will be here next season and Tanganga will be loaned out of play at RB.

Toby's pace concerns me when we're pushing up so high in those games - even if it hasn't proven to be a problem yet.
