Yeah international managers don’t have to do a thing about player development or footballing philosophies really.
It’s all about man management and tactics.
Yeah, trying to find a positive spin I guess
i see Nagelsmann is joining

Well... whoever comes in, needs a brand new defence... & upgrade on certain other players...
Otherwise, they will be in the same position as Poch & Mourinho, by the end of the year...
It’s a major concern
Doherty, Aurier, Sanchez, Dier, Davies, Winks,Sissoko, Bergwijn & Dele Ali..... have all got to go...

Nagelsmann is a really intelligent guy, he's spoken before against turning down Madrid because he felt like it was too soon for him. It wouldn't really surprise me if he decides to go to the club with the lower expectations where he can hone his craft against the best managers in the world before moving on to a super club later.
I still don't think it'll happen but it's not a done deal at all him going to Bayern imo
There is a lot of knicker wetting for Nagelsmann, but he is just as bigger risk as any other candidate. Whoever comes in, will be working under the handicap of Levy and ENIC, and their thrifty approach to maximizing profit.
By all accounts Nagelsmann is well regarded, but so were Ramos, AVB, Santini etc, any new appointment would be interesting. But if our squad still contains the likes of Aurier, Sanchez, Sissoko and Doherty moving into next season, then the new manager will need to be a miracle worker.

He’s quality although injury prone
Fingers crossed that continues
AliG - Understand Spurs are aiming to announce their next manager before the end of this season. So just over three weeks to get that done and dusted.

I'm thinking/hoping more and more that they'll wait until Ajax have the title sewn up (which might be this weekend, I think?) before announcing Ten Hag.
If Levy follows that up with Rangnick as DoF then that would be such a positive statement of intent with regard to his long-term model for the club, but I think this is wishful thinking.

I'm sorry to hear you've been struggling lately
Thinking about it, announcing the manager before the Euros means it won't be Southgate or Martinez doesn't it. Thank feck
Christ yeah. Good call, Amanda.
Not necessarily, conte was announced as Chelsea manager before the euros
Fack sake, Chris.
I bet Levy is feeling all smug we'll announce the Southgate coup before the rest of the super clubs go for him
