TEI made a good point. This summer is all about getting in the missing pieces for Conte - everything extra this wonder is a bonus but maybe getting a few players off the books will be the biggest benefit as it will allow us to be aggressive in the summer market

So we are haggling over pennies for Traore, and Lamptey who is HG and in a position we need is ‘too expensive’ at a similar price, but we are prepared to pay €45m rising to €55m for this guy? I don’t buy it. Apparently his release clause is €80m.
