The biggest criminal act of the evening that a bunch of well heeled fellas and ladies were once against having another jolly, when austerity is still in full flow.

This is abit odd no? a person who gets grabbed but isnt injured should then proceed to knock that person out, potentially causing life changing injuries?

sandy would be asking for the MP to be knighted if it was a labour MP getting harassed at a private function
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Er no I wouldn`t. I would want them treated the same. It just so happens that the Conservative Party have more of these self-serving oiks than anywhere else in any political party in the world. Public schoolboys that are used to this sort of behaviour and think they are untouchable. It is why oiks like Johnson can get away with being a racist and anybody else would be called out, suspended and probably facing a criminal investigation.

only cowards think its ok to put your hands on a woman forcefully just because your annoyed she's gatecrashed your dinner, if the lady had slapped him 1st then by all means defend yourself but the guy obviously has small p***s syndrome if he saw that women who had walked past 8-9 other people who didn't give 2 s***s as a threat

The worry is if an MP can act like this, a person of power, then it legitimises the behaviour.

There is the counter argument of course of could it be a form of self defense.

Also didn't she actually have a ticket and get past security?

The real problem is the level of identity politics the UK is entrenched in now, it's far worse than ever, everyones a fascist (hate that this word is thrown around so liberally, literally dilutes the meaning of it every time it's thrown for no real reason).

Surely gender is 100% irrelevant.

In the same circumstances, it's ok to shove a man out of the room. Why is that? and if it were a woman using exactly the same amount of force to evict that woman, is that also cowardly?

Sure he may be a coward, he ay not have done that if it were a bloke but that's a guess. He stopped her and removed her using low levels of force. He didnt punch her t the floor. I was subject to far more force from Spanish police at the final when they wanted to stop a flow of fans. No dramas, they didnt request we stop, they just moved in to form a line and sent a few flying in the process. Far more of an assault on innocent people than what that female trespasser suffered.

nvzi is the other one, i imagine there's soldiers who fought the nvzis who if they aired their opinion on some social issues would end up being called a nvzi

Knee rash I couldn't agree with you more. Our country is more divided than at any point in my lifetime. Feels on the brink at times.

Men don't suffer close to the levels of physical abuse women do at the hands of men though. There is a difference.

Hopefully PM Bojo will bring in a freedom of speech act so people don't have to fear criminal records for saying words.

Don't apply generalisations to individual circumstances, that's how you end up with two tier systems

It means exactly what it’s always meant and considering fascism is on the rise in the UK it should be called out far more often.

Thankfully we still have a few politicians left with a backbone like Sadiq Khan and David Lammy who aren’t afraid to do so.

Lest we forget? You people already have.

It's a real shame, starting to see it creeping into Irish society now too, we're seeing similar characters to Katie Hopkins and Tommy Robinson begin to emerge over here.

The more divided it get's the more problmes everyone in the U Kwill face, like how much time is being wasted on trivial matters to score political points?? When the time and effort, and likely cost could be spent improving the lives of everyday people in the UK.
