I annoy people on here because I'm stubborn when arguing a point but wouldn't have any issue about meeting people from the forum - I don't think I've done anything to be ashamed of.

You never mentioned it was at your place of work when you invited me, did you?

I'm well aware of how awkward it'd be. Mainly because it's a seminar about mental health and you've spent the last two days using mental health as a reason to mock someone, and you think it's okay to mock someone who you think has a mental disorder.

I doubt very much you'd do that to someone's face. I hope for your sake you wouldn't.

You just failed to understand what I was saying in my mocking tone.

What I was trying to say is that what you were accusing me of didn't actually happen.

What I said was that it's not a given that the police officer knows more about the causes of cyclist death than I do. I've come across several police officers who barely know about the guidance for safe cycling (a government initiative, not a police one), let alone knowing actual specific stats regarding one area of road deaths.

Now, I've taken the time to explain why you were wrong, I'm sure you'll act with good grace and accept the point I've made.

Verbal conversations - I can't prove it.

Did once see a YouTube video of a police officer who incorrectly told a cyclist not to ride in the middle of the lane though... could probably find that.

Surprised you are so sceptical about it.

But then realised you weren't, so made it quite clear what I thought:

"Kneerash - you've spent half a day trying to troll your way back into the debate by lying about what was said."


There it is. I did reply, but simply to say you'd lied about what I had actually said.
