It is a minimum clause though then they can negotiate the deal. If more than one club hit that clause they would need to battle it out for him as in offer more to secure him?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Up to the player where he wants to go at that point
Ok so then i agree with JFK that Pete wouldnt be looking for a ceiling on any player's potential worth
That boy Gutman did not look that bad the other night some decent balls in and runs down the wing? Was it because we were up against a poor team maybe.
Having a first pick LB might be required but Gutman and Connell could be good back ups?

I'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest that neither Magnum or NNH have any idea whether KT will move on or not.
No offence.
i wish him nothing but the best, but again its hard to say that we will come out of this window "stronger" if we sell one or two of our best players

Rumour has it he rejected an offer from Arsenal in 2016

Aye...you wait until Phil confirms it.
how amazing would it be if we accepted a bid and he knocked them back.
i'd honestly wet myself.
Yep, get it right roon them.
if we do sell Tierney then we'll have to go out and spend big on a replacement
the boy Perraud seems to be a player as does Mbombo the fact wer'e strongly linked with both indicates he's off
re Jack Stacey he seems like he'd right good signing, eager to get that over the line, seen videos of him very impressive reminds of the boy Ayling we were in for last summer who went to Leeds
still need a rb and probably a left back.
not sure why people say we need a striker, we have 3, unless they think we will lose eddie.
god imagine losing tierney, eddie, and ntcham in one window.
yeah i like the look of him ghod looks like he has confidence to get forward.

Lets not imagine that ya sadi st
Signing the french boys can only help Ntcham and get him back to his best.
Luton fans seem to hold him in as high a regard as the boy who went to Leicester for 8m

better league, better players and more cash.
but he would spend his time with the most boring fans in football
I find it hard to believe that deal would get done this early in the window unless it's for over £30m or KT has a release clause.

We need a left and right back wether KT stays or goes so I don't think our interest in other players means much.
Someone said last week that 2 clubs enquired about Eddy but were told to come back next summer as he's not for sale this season.
I'm happy enough if that's the case, we'll then have had 3 seasons out the boy and likely make a heck of a profit.
depends what the outlay on the left back is doesnt it?
if we are spending 3 million its as a first choice sadly, we don't spend that money on backups.
