Arthur & Dembele.

Sad that Coutinho covers both the positions that I want those players for lol

Dunno how I feel about Coutinho. Big fan, love watching him play and a big match performer. Also has an amazing record against City.

One problem with such a debt is that the clubs mostly over value their assets. So its amazingly difficult to buy from them. They never reduce their price to sell because that actually 'realizes' their value as a loss on the balance sheet.

Net might actually be a good shout as backup for us.

Malcom and Rakitic apparently going reasonably 'cheap' though. Think Malcom would be a good signing for Arsenal.

I'd have him back if the deal suits us, don't they owe us loads of money still for him?

Honestly think if he came back the players would welcome him, and us fans are fickle, a few goals and pics of him smiling in training and all will be forgotten.

He can operate in midfield or play off the left of the front 3 altough he doesn't have as big an impact from wide.

Also he could play as a number 10 behind say Salah and Mane and give Bobby a rest.

Yeah I'm probably about the same. I read the still owe us £90m. If we got him back for £80m I would be happy enough. Doubt Shaqiri would be though.

You really don't know how much they are asking for those players.

I should have written "reportedly" instead of "apparently" maybe but what with this being a sports debating site I thought it would be okay.

Those 2 would be superb additions to our side!

Arthur will not be sold - not sure why he's on that list

Weren't United liked with Rakitic for about €50m earlier on in the window?

Because everyone has a price and they're skint. They actually do need money in.

I wouldn't buy Coutinho back for 80m. 60 max and that's still painful.

Or better yet a two year loan if the fee is right.

Yip this is true. They've still spent about £132m net though.

Whilst anyone of them would improve us, I wouldn't want any of them.

And I appreciate that makes no sense what so ever.

For me:

I'd not put any store in a barcelona fire sale. If they can poach greizmann then that says they'll be in for neymar next and selling rubbish on is just what they will do.
