I bet when Juve got relegated and hit with a 9 point deduction the following season they were just relieved that their reputation wasn’t soiled

I'm actually excited.... Pogba and McT look nailed on starters and we then have Perriera, Fred, Matic, Mata, Lingard and some exciting youngsters to fight for the third.
If we can minimise Matic's involvement, we could see some really lively football in midfield.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Pogba gets a red card or injured, that midfield has no creativity. Fair play to you if you reckon Perriera and Fred can do a job without Pogba
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We did ok against PSG away.
Of course we'd all love amazing players for every position... But i'm not gonna get angry about it

the question is will this season be so awful, that we can not recover.
we still were a big enough name to attract big players like zlatan or pogba two years ago.
but with each passing year we become more irrelevant. look at ac milan, who is joining them?
once your reputation is soiled, it is over.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Of course it is
City and Liverpool were doing fack all not long ago
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We just need a change of ownership and/or totally different approach like they got then?
Or just some patience to build a team

No one is saying get angry! It is ridiculous to not address this issue during this transfer window. And how did we do throughout the season?? A smash and grab game you are using as an example that we can do without Pogba.
Liverpool have just won the CL and scored enough points to have won the title any other year.

I think the corruption thing, along with sanctions have hurt ACs rep long term.
With UTD its different. This is mismanagement.
This can be corrected, with fecking football people in charge of footballing decisions.
But as its looking so apparent now, the Power has gone to Eds Head.
The dangling carrot, ‘can i be greater than Edwards, Kenyon, Gil?’
Most probably thinks a statue will be built!

I am 100% behind the manager and want him to do well. Ed Woodward is sabotaging another manager here! LVG said this guy does not know what he is doing and Mourinho echoed the same. Irrespective of our feelings towards the aforementioned managers, both of them surely can't be wrong on this matter.

Glazer not pulling the wool over your eyes, too.
Dont be surprised if Pogba goes before the end of the month.
I am not angry at all. Looking forward to the new season.

They've pocketed all of the clubs profits, it's very tragic.
Not angry in the slightest.
Sorted the defence.
Kept pogba )(against his will), but he’s still here.
Kept ddg- best business done in the window.
Exciting youngsters to play a part.
It’s not all doom and gloom.

I hope not, but with his agent anything can happen.
Just have to hope he doesn't go on strike.
Actually angry?
For facking fack’s sake
It only took Lukaku to throw a little gissy fit and he got out.
Dont be surprised if Pogba's injured back reappears pretty soon
Wow, there are some seriously negative fans on these boards.
I am pretty happy with the business we have done and preseason in general. 3 good signings and we have gotten rid of Lukaku for a good price and look like also getting rid of Rojo. I suspect that Darmian will also leave before the European windows closes.
Our youngsters have done well in preseason and I am optimistic that a few of them will make their mark this season.
We aren't going to win the league, so I am just going to sit back and enjoy the football this season and hope that we see the emergence of a group of youngsters that can form the nucleus of our team for years to come.
