This
Synthetic medication has been proven to do more harm in the long term.
Anti carers are irresponsible mugs who need to be rounded up and left on an island with flat earthers.
Alternatively put on game shows.
Flat earther set off in competition to find the edge of the earth.
Anti carers exposed to various illnesses and who ever lasts longest wins.

That's a very myopic comment. The evidence with certain medications is there but small.
At the end of the day how many people do we know that have suffered from small pox or polio?
I'm coming in at zero.
Just because you haven't experienced it first hand or through a third party, doesn't mean it's null & void argument.
Human dependency on synthetic drugs is prevalent everyday...and thus becomes the problem more than the cure.
There is literally no small pox or polio anymore though. Not here anyway.
But does it though? Surely minor effects of long term synthetic drugs are nowehere near as devastating as the diseases they prevent.
Must admit, when I read the article title I thought it was a debate about people with dirty carpets

I'm not saying boycott synthetic drugs altogether. I still go to the doctor when I need to.
Its just you can understand the argument.

If natural remedies were as popular as synthetic, maybe you would.

Tbf yeah.
It's the autism angle that I don't. It's simply more diagnosed.
Ultimately this comes down to the growing mistrust with big pharma.
I've never quite understood why the government, especially ours given the NHS, don't just make their own drugs in house. They'd save a fortune.
I then remember that the system is corrupt.

I don't think it would work.
It's the fact that these companies are private that means the research is funded - and that is absolutely critical.
Why is there such a strong corelation between the right, anit-vax and climate change denial?
Parents who do not vaccinate their kids, especially against the measels are complete idiots, read Roald Dahl on his daughter and the measels.

Strangest thing about the anti-vaxxers is you can guarantee the majority of them were themselves vaccinated
