I'm already strapped in mate.

Ole inherited a club with the academy, scouting department, physio department all in disarray and the wage structure absolutely facked in addition to a medicore squad.

A manager should only be responsible for sorting out that last bit. We got 3 in and sent 7 out. Nobody should be surprised at what we're seeing especially with the injuries to our best players.

There's a lack of everything, from players, to tactics to form to confidence.

I can't believe I'm going to say this but Matic is better than Fred.

We should sell rashford now in addiction to Mata, young and co. We might need to spend 200 million next year.

Ole must go, Ed first though or else we will still be shhiittww

But we all know the key changes (Woodward & Glazers) won’t happen any time soon so this mess will continue whoever we eventually get to replace Ole.

As long as Woodward and the Glazers are in charge we’ll never be able to sort this mess.

Zero football people on the executive board.

Literally not a single person who has ever played or coached a professional game of football. Not one.

What annoys me the most is the tactics and not playing to the strengths of the players he has available. Yes Ed has issues but has bought players managers have asked him to sign.

The job is bigger than the current managers abilities

As a pacifist, I would never advocate nor suggest any act of violence, but they could be hacked to pieces with machetes?

And not a single person on the executive board has a passion for the on field side of our game.

I maintain that with Ed as de facto Director of Football the job is too big for any manager.

Remember when Mudd used to ridicule people who ever questioned Woodward’s ability?

Is it time that we as the fans start taking some blame? I have been awful of late and I'm sure you guys have been as well. We are not completely blameless here.

Ole is simply the lightening rod for the directors at the club.

Even if he goes the focus of our attention should be at how the the club has been run so maybe something will be improved for at least the next manager.

I can't believe that one of the richest clubs in the world is incapable of buying 5 top players who can play together and make the spine of a team. The longer this goes on, the fewer top players will want to go the United. The biggest mistake was appointing Moyes - everything that has followed has just been desperation.

That’s a very good point

It's almost like senior management is deliberately trying to mess the club up. I'd actually prefer it if they were because Ed Woodward is so incompetent that we'd probably end up winning the league if he tried.

We're reaping what was sown between 2009-2013 and a chronic lack of investment. Since then we've been trying to play catch up without a plan.

The state of the club is on the Glazers and the directors.

The misuse of available players is on Ole.

Changing managers is much easier than changing owners.

Much easier, and in our case, much less effective.

United have certainly spent a lot in those years but with no apparent plan. Instead of buying a spine, an integrated team, they are chasing individuals here and there. Sanchez, on paper, a great signing - but not for United whose team can't play to make space for him. Lukaku - a traditional old fashioned English-style centre forward - does not suit United's intended style of play etc etc.

Can't argue with this... It's been a slippery slope from selling Ronaldo... Masked with fergie dragging us along for a few years
