Internet bubble too Winston where things are naturally hyped up.
Like football twitter is great, so many fans of clubs, with a football player or crest or something of that ilk as their avatar and they fume all day, can never admit fault with their club and whataboutery is king, great craic bar when they get really abusive to women and stuff like that.

Absolutely - and of course, we notice and take more personally the criticism of things associated with our club.
That's why comments like the one from TOOR are just nonsense imo.

Thing is, I know several Liverpool fans and none of them think this way.
Maybe it's just the forum that clouds people's understanding of the real world. I guess those people need to get out more.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
People are talking about the forum, not in general.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well then two things:
- You need to get out more.
- Of course you think the way you do. You notice and respond to comments about Liverpool more so than you do about any other club, so your perception is influenced by that.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why would I need to get out more? I get out enough. One could direct that at you with the amount of time you spend on here telling people they're wrong but then I'd rather talk about the point than make up other reasons why people may believe the point, like "you need to get out more".
Yes of course people respond and notice comments about their club more, that doesn't change what was stated.
What was stated is that when Liverpool fans threw stuff at a bus, there were many people creating articles on HERE, with comments criticising the club and the fans but when United fans attacked the personal residence of a United employee there hasn't been close to the same outrage.
Nothing you have said changes this. You're banned from the Liverpool board for a start. Why would you be on there and better still why would you claim something didn't happen because you have no knowledge of it happening? At best you could say you don't know if it's true or not.
'I didn't see it myself, so it didn't happen'.
Once again, people are talking about the site and one person bringing up Schmeichel, after somebody off topic brought up Suarez, doesn't change that.

Why?
Because forming such strong opinions based on a forum is absurd, when it's clear that the general public don't behave in that way.
And yes, the fact that you notice comments about Liverpool absolutely does change things. It means your perception of reactions about Liverpool differ to reactions about other club.
"Once again, people are talking about the site and one person bringing up Schmeichel, after somebody off topic brought up Suarez, doesn't change that."
Well it does change things actually, because 'people' are insinuating this issue runs further than just this forum.
