What's strange with this , is that some people who have it don't even feel I'll or display symptoms.

Its a two week incubation period. Most flu viruses have an incubation period of 2-4 days before you show symptoms, so this one is quite long.

The incubation period is usually when you are at your most contagious too, as you have no idea you're infected.
