He actually showed an increase of form under Jose when that was happening. And most on here were fed up of Shaw by that point as he was overweight and not showing the commitment needed

You still don’t understand the difference between ‘improving’ a player and getting a player to play better within his existing ceiling. Matic has played this well before. Fred has played this well before.
Ole deserves credit for getting them to play well enough to be winning games but ‘improving’ them as players is a stretch

There does seem to be encouraging signs with players developing under Ole and full credit to him, but I’d say it isn’t so black and white too. While players such as Fred and McTominay are improving and Ole is giving them the confidence and backing to play I’d say they also are improving themselves because they are more settled or naturally developing because of their age.
Rashford and Martial seem to be the 2 that are really improving under Ole which has been great to see. The past few weeks have been really good, let’s hope we can build on that, no need to get carried away yet either.
