I suspect fatty mc beale has recently taken a severe blow to the heed.
Absolute idiot.
Their approach is shocking no mention of the self employed or renters, and the look on Johnson's face when Peston asked him why the govt doesn't just assure businesses it will cover their liabilities made him look clueless. I made the mistake of watching Leo Varadkars address to the nation at 9, scary stuff, at least they look like they have a plan, "our" executive in NI are coming across clueless, befuddled and reactive as they are trying to follow West Minister yet a couple of miles away there appears to be a better system in place in the RoI. I have no faith in our politicians our their advisors, perhaps in 5 years time people will vote less on celebrity and more on sound principles ☹
Miss silver works at a restaurant and they are keeping going because they can survive on carry out orders alone. They expect these to rise as folk get scunnered with cooking more than usual. Take money over phone or online then leave the bag at the door, ring bell then go.
GTB
I suspect this will spell the end of the tories for some time, the way it's been handled is poor and i think it's taken this to happen for people to finally wake up from their own dream that the Tories had their best interests at heart.
France, Italy, Germany and ROI have all shown the way on how to deal with their economy etc.
You guys do realise that the aid package was drafted cross-party?

Just Eat and Deliveroo will surely be very busy.
We done a massive shop yesterday, managed to get a lot of essential items which is good, no stockpiling though, will leave that to the b@wb@gs.
Couldn't find chicken anywhere mind you so trip to the butchers today to get loads of meat and that should be us for the next 2 weeks.
We've made the decision to stay indoors until at least the end of next week, there is a park around the corner from the house that we can take the wee one too at different points but that's about it.
Time to batten down the hatches.
Pretty sure insurance companies will be lobbying MPs to not making temporary closure of bars, restaurants etc. official.

Yet Labour was bleating about the self employed and renters straight away, just how cross party was it?
At least I had the sense to comment on the fitba.

Yup, I have given the gym a miss now for a week and am starting to climb the walls with no endorphin fix, the ex has decided I can't see the weans for a least a month now, and to be fair is probably the right thing, still though..... Herself is stressed as fvck about her self employment and what is going to happen, highly unlikely we will qualify for any kind of financial support. Fvck this Corana cvnt anyway and thon baśťàŕď who ate that BAT!!!!!
Right now for selfish reasons I would love to see the football back on, played behind closed doors just to get this ffing season done and give us something to watch!! The pubs are all closed around here anyway so won't be mass gatherings to watch the matches
So far so good on my travels. Yesterday had this mornings flight to Amsterdam cancelled with no possibility of rebooking...Made the dash to the airport and got on an evening flight instead, then the lovely people at KLM have put us in nice hotel with dinner and breakfast and now just waiting to get the last flight out of dodge and back to Canada...where we will be screened, and isolated...Kids have bought us shopping..Happy dayz
Yes - Rangers should play St Johnston. If they win, they win the league, lose and Celtic win. It's only fair.
Glasgow airport had just two security gates open............and no queue....place was deserted

Jesus !! Couldn't mark some of their necks with a blow torch
Making an erse of themselves over this
However on a more sensible note
What I don't get is why we've agreed to complete the season by June but then come out and say it will be difficult to do this ?
Get a status report from both teams , if all ok then why can't we play it behind closed doors ?
The sooner the better I think as this will only ramp up

Basically Italy has told UEFA they expect to start playing again by 1st May 2020. That has led to UEFA ensuring other clubs follow suit if possible.
The word behind the scenes they should at least try to get as many games done to even try and mathematically confirm champions and relegation.
They don't expect play offs to happen at all.
I spoke to the agency regarding my new role that I am moving to and nothing for me to be concerned about with regards to starting - it has been on my mind a bit. However, it is a month away so plenty of time for everything to be clearer

What is the problem with closed doors? I don't get why we don't just do that, what maybe 50-60 people required, footballers, coaches, officials and TV/Radio.
There are gatherings all over the country in larger amounts, there is at least triple that every hour every day in the Supermarkets, it is 100% do-able.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It is nothing to do with fans but the emergency services. In times like this all services should be focused on the pandemic and not a game of football. If 40 games of football were played in Scotland on a weekend then that could be as much as 200-400 medical staff and 200-400 police taken away from the priority.

Yeah i suspect that'll be the case across the UK come end of May should it not look likely to allow fans in.
We have 9 games left in Scotland each, a game every 3 or 4 days and the season can be completed in 3/4 weeks, thus before end of June.
