This is why am losing abit of respect for that Mike.

Rad is charging the club rent. The club owes him £3m by all accounts.

When it get paid, doesn’t matter for FFP.

Mike knows this but got to pally with rad to call him out over it

If the accounts are so good how come club aren’t crowing about them on website.

AR avoids BBC interviews and can find no quotes from him or the club about ER rent.

I dont know, but maybe AR is not taking rent due to cash flow rather than FFP reasons?

not really that a8rsed about financial stuff side.

but I would of thought they'd refund you if the games were cancelled, or, not allowed to attend (behind closed doors).

surely thats what they'd have to do, law wise?

I wouldn’t be surprised if the terms and conditions mean they wouldn’t have to. But I would be very surprised if they didn’t refund us. Would be a real bad move pr wise.

No money has been paid in rent.

The accounts are not great. They aren’t good. Would love to see the comment saying they are great Jonty.

I’d hope for a refund of some sort which can go towards paying for next season.

Behind closed doors however is an absolute joke and devised by people who don’t have a clue about the game and total disregard for fans.

Football is nothing without fans, finish it when it’s safe to do so and stop trying to protect next season when it’s not even started yet

Not bothered either way more concerned about Royal Ascot behind closed doors, what with the Henley Regatta cancelled as well if the Polo season gets cancelled I'm done,

What if this thing rumbles on for a long long time and not only impacts on this year but also next year as well. I have seen forecasts that it will die away, then come back later in the year and maybe come back on several occasions. You then have to ask the question, given that Wakey has paid a grand for next year, if he doesn't get his money back this year will he get it back next year.

My advice would be pay for anything like tickets with your credit card, at least then you know you are covered under the consumer credit act should a club go out of business (as some will).

Not expecting any sport of restart of any sport before June.

EFL statement says 56 days from any decision, I can't see that happening until at least May.

EFL advising clubs to get players to take leave....as if they can go on holiday somewhere, completely joke of an organisation.

And there you go, Scotland now suspended football till at least June10, can't see it being much different in England as it cites Government restrictions.

Premier League giving monies means clubs survive now, but face a whole different world down the line and broadcasters looking to defer payments until they know what's going on with seasons.

and there you go Jonty, two governments Scottish Government who are proactive and have the interest of their people and English Government that have dragged it's feet through this whole virus, wanting to get us all infected for herd immunity and taking a lifetime to deliver on ventilators and ppe's and testing for key workers. Hopefully the FA and EFL will take their lead from what's happening in Scotland.

Not sure what your point is, are you saying Scotlands got it right and restarting in June and that England is behind that so will be starting later?

The approach from all home countries is roughly the same with very small differences only.

But, Scotland are an utter shambles. Their CMO broke her own advice twice. Sturgeon defended her to the hilt, insisted she was essential to their plans and wouldn't be stepping down....and then 45 minutes later sacked her.

How on earth can anyone trust their judgement?

Ridiculous post just making cheap and easy political
points, exploiting a global pandemic...
The scale between England and Scotland is quite
stark from the population of both countries, you
should check the population numbers and make
logical conclusions!
Scotland doesn't even compare with Londons
population, never mind Englands!
