the point about what you said about united fans is that when you say something like that, and drop in the odd snide comment about united into your general talk, people will tend to add the two together and think you're only interested in wumming. like the guy who built houses, and bridges, and roads, but got his nickname from f@cking one sheep.

so i will say again, a lot of what you write is good stuff, and you write better about united than many united fans. but those little snide bombs don't do you any favours, and certainly don't help the flow of debate on here.

I don't want any favours though, I don't write much by accident. I also dont mind what you write but what you've written seems at odds with not caring.

I could be wrong but it's seems that either me or Liverpool fans in general are expected to maintain a higher standard or something considering all the things I listed but there is a filter button.

I tried to explain this to him. Waste of time. Thick as two short planks. He also told me that 2+2x2=8. We're dealing with primary school level intelligence here and yet he's the one who goes around the site calling people stupid.

I'm only in my early 30s but have been alive in 5 decades. How's that even possible? Surely I must be over 50??

Nope it is because maths has defined rules, in this case multiplication comes before addition. You can't just use maths how you want to. There are rules so that it is uniform.

Let's apply a ridiculously basic example of why we need rules.

A traffic light has green and red. Some people decide that red means go. We have a problem.
