I know....it's incredible that city keep being mentioned as favs....it's like they gaven8srrn their recent demise.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Bookies wise, they’ll look at who is likely to spend in the market, the underlying stats as well as the results from the last couple of seasons and also the odds of things like winning back to back titles.
I agree that we shouldn’t be favourites, but if you’re going off bookies odds for it, then it isn’t particularly out of kilter.
I don't mind city as favs...means better odds for liverpool. I will be backing lfc for title if we are 2:1 or better...no brained imo

I think Liverpool are favourites for next season but the majority of key moments went their way this season.
Not guaranteed to happen next season.

Nothing is guaranteed that’s why we go the f*ck again.
Impossible to predict.

Nobody has mentioned that liverpool are approaching their peak...not even at it yet. City are on the decline and the others nowhere near imo.
For me it's possible that we can have a better prem season.

Transfer window dont even shut for ten weeks yet and everybody already knows what’s going to happen next season.
It's guaranteed that what happens it's going to be very spursy though

Now now GB I didn`t mock you when you said Liverpool were the greatest team in the world, then lost home and away to a rubbish Spanish side, and never even made the last 16 of the best club competition in the world.

Personally If I had to lay money, I’d put it on City.

All the best sides have managed it so it would be a bit embarrassing if you didn't.

Man city did it, Chelsea did it, United did it a few times all in recent times. Given this side is being billed so highly there is zero excuse if they don't manage it

Spout this? It's a very basic observation. Good teams do it once, great teams double up
Decent sides should also reach CL finals, there’s a glaring anomaly on that list, Cinci.
As for back to back titles, I feel more confident about Liverpool with every passing day. Don’t think United or Chelsea will be quite there yet. Arsenal are atrocious. City will challenge but with no D Silva or Sane, a geriatric Aguero and a revolving door of a defence, I can’t see them matching us.
