Can we add games other than those listed?
Hey mate
Add whatever you’d like - be interesting to read!
Tips hat to Rooney. If you have played and mastered all those games, you are a gaming legend.
I have only done dark souls, haven't got the patience anymore for any real gaming challenge.
Just wondering are you interested in Demon's Souls on PS5, it is where it all began. had a lot of fun with that game.
Oh, as for Demon's Souls and gaming legends. I watched a video of a guy win a boss fight with no armour weapons and just his fists.
Basically he punched him to death

Haha, thanks Amiga!
I must say, I thought I was pretty good too, until I went onto Youtube and realised that people can complete literally the whole game without being hit, or being soul level 1, or no armour / weapons as you've said.
Then there are the speed runners, who have completed the game in a couple of hours...it leaves me feeling like a eunuch or cuckold
With respect to Demon's Souls, absolutely buzzing for it! I am a little sceptical, given that FromSoftware are not involved, but I will be picking that up on day 1 without doubt!
I wouldn't worry too much about Demon's Souls, it is basically a remaster, I'm sure it will remain faithful to the original.
Rooney, since you have played all these games, you got me wondering. How would you rank them on difficulty, and your favourites?
Hey Amiga
I will try to add how many times it took me to beat each boss (bearing in mind, with the soulsborne games, the first will always be the most taxing!) and a little description / tip where relevant.
In terms of overall game difficulty, I definitely died more in cuphead than any of the others, but I suppose you have to take the game mechanics / pace into account.
I think I'd say:
Bloodborne
DS III
Nioh
DS I
With DS I, I remember it being impossible on my first run through on PS3, but I recently played the remastered version on PS4 and found it significantly easier than DS III or Bloodborne. Whether that's just the aging of the game or getting better as time goes on, I can't say.

Not quite the same in terms of difficulty but this reminds me of when I played Bloodbourne for the first time, I couldn't seem to equip any weapon at the beginning of the game and then I came across the werewolf, the first enemy you encounter in the game. I ended up killing him with my fists but it took me about 50 go's
I knew the game was gonna be ridiculously hard but not that hard so early on.
Bloodborne is not that clear in the beginning. I too was trying to take him out with my fists. I gave up after about 7 goes.
So fair play for your dedication. huge respect.
I played Bloodbourne first and found it challenging but with a good difficulty curve.
DS3 and the nameless king was far harder than anything in BB imo. You fight a dragon, a double hard boss and the camera all at once ๐
I felt unbeatable too after doing dancer flawlessly first time, as I didn't realise after the prev boss it would take me straight to the Dancer. I'm told one of the dlc bosses is way tougher....sod that ๐
How about the bosses in Bloodbourne, they make all other bosses look like pusssys.

I played BB first. I used that as a bench mark and can safely say nameless king was far tougher for me than any BB boss by miles.

I thought Dark Souls 3 was easy compared to the first two.
