I said “if it’s true”. I guess one of them probably has some truth in it though. Either Solskjaer preferred other average CBS over him or Smalling wanted to go elsewhere. Otherwise I’m not sure why he’d have been at Roma and not playing for us.

Why would you want Smalling in alongside Maguire?! Surely he’d be better in there alongside Bailly, Lindelof or one of the kids?!

Nearly 2pm and we haven’t even confirmed Telles or Cavani yet FFS.

It’ll be criminal that we go this whole window without signing a quality CB. We can strengthen anywhere we like but it won’t help that much if the defence is still a mess

United in swap deal with Ajax for their former player. Fans happy, as a lot of them are Blind over Mata.

United thinking about replacing Ole with the PSG boss, but are worried they might have Tuchel out a lot in compensation.

This playing out from the back is so over rated. More often than not you see it bringing more pressure on the team.

Especially us and you can’t play out from the back when you have Matic and Pogba in a midfield two who are both too slow and hold onto the ball to long.

One of Pogba's other issues is he rarely looks around him before receiving the ball. It gets him in trouble a lot.
