There's a good player in there still and I think someone will get the best out of him again.
Also I don't subscribe to him being rubbish for two years, he has had a couple of big injurys and had patches of form (when Jose first started comes to mind). Just been inconsistent.
He is having a terrible time recently though.

He has his positives. Aggressive, eye for a goal, still has his best years ahead of him.
But technically he's awful. Is very prone to Spursy moments where he simply doesnt influence the game. Plus his bad blood with Arsenal in past probably means most fans won't take to him.
Reminds me of Barkley. No thanks.

Err what??
Technically he is brilliant. He has steel and aggressive nature and when on form can very much influence a game. Scored some huge goals in big games. Cheslea comes to mind.
He needs a manager to put an arm around him, play him regularly in a position/system that suits him and IMO he'll be a top player again.
For me he never shirks a tackle, wins 50/50s, wins the ball in the air, not scared of getting hurt, how many goals has he scored with his head (honestly don't know), see him chasing back, always has a sweat on.
Could be captain material tbh.

What he needs is a brand new set of hamstrings.
Yeah his hamstrings are questionable tbf
Nah. We took Sol because he was their best. If we were to take anyone it would be their Arsenal fan striker, or Son π

The main problem with Alli is his application and inability to focus on his football rather than on other stuff. I doubt he's going to be able to get his best football back in a team that prides themselves on selfies.

Yeah, he is proving that. Not sure Harry Kanes sloth impression can be blamed for Dele Allis poor form, although Dier taking nudes of Alli could I guess.
Selfies, what you were talking about. Spurs players are notorious for them. Kanes "hey yoooouuu guys Gooooaaalll" was hilarious
Or were you talking about Arsenal players taking selfies after winning trophies? Something you could never accuse Spurs players doing...

Wasn't aware of that with Spurs.
The criticism has long been directed at Arsenal about not taking the football seriously though. Silly haircuts, selfies, flirting with careers in fashion. The kind of thing Dele is already getting criticised for. Maybe that's no longer the case anymore?

Wow! So defensive.
Letshshhhh goooffff, Comffffe onfffff.
Your captain, the king of selfie videos.
No wonder the YouTube personality with the punchable face turned off his comments.
He's an advert for why many fans are disillusioned with the game. Overrated, a flash wannkkker, lazy and thinks more about his Insta image than what he's doing on the pitch.
No way would I want his type at Arsenal
