We’re aw Neil Lennon. Till we’re no

Its an utter shambles and it needs sorted by this week before a flight to Milan.
Lennon can't keep on going after that, 2 wins 10 no Celtic manager should survive that, 4 home defeats in a row not seen since pre-Stein.
I don't see one argument in his favour tbh. Clear out required.

Hang on a minute.

Fs seen Jiminez suffered a fractured skull yesterday.

Wasn't pretty. Saw Shearer's rant about Luiz playing on too. Not ideal but there's a lot at stake.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I was just reading about it there. Had blood seeping through the bandages? Doesn't sound great.
I know that the Terry Butcher picture is iconic but we're light years away from those days now.
it's that its "this" season, or at least i like to think so.
it was always likely for some of us, we knew we were or own worst enemy.
he left hibs when they were 8th in the table and we entrusted 10 in a row to him.
insane.
Look at all the rangers fans defending Neil Lennon
Tells you all you need to know
It's a massive overreaction because they thought 10 in a row was in the bag.
It's a simple as they have now realised it's under serious threat.
And Griezmann's strike

i don't know any sane celtic fan that ever genuinely thought ten was in the bag.

In that respect I would want him to stay as I think Rangers have the measure of him now

I didn't use that example to sum up football fans but when the time comes to make these decisions it'll make them a lot easier when watching tw@ts like that

Celtic board looked for a quick and easy answer and found Lennon. All he needed to do was guide the team over the line to another title.
They could've made his appointment temporary because he wasn't a great choice. Plenty of bears were delighted at him being back.

He's had way worse
I blame your board personally
10 in a row was there for yous to take, and your board have squandered it
This is our fifth season back in the top flight, and while we were away, your board went for the cheap option in Ronny Deila and squandered treble opportunity after treble opportunity, and your team became a Europa League side rather than a Champions League side
When we make it back up to the top flight, your board decides to get it's finger out, get rid of Deila and bring in a top manager in Brendan Rodgers....the impact is immediate, you start playing Champions League football again, and sweep everyone aside domestically.
With 7iar in the bag and the team well on the road to 8iar, Rodgers quits for Leicester. By this point, we've appointed Gerrard and it's obvious that although we are not quite there yet, we are definitely heading in the right direction. So instead of bringing in a quality manager to continue the march towards the 10, your board bring in a man that was effectively sacked by Hibs for having a bust up with his players. It reeked of your board, yet again, going for the cheap option, taking comfort in the fact that you were so far ahead of the pack domestically under Rodgers
That decision is now coming home to roost
Reminds me of 08/09 season when Celtic were 7 points ahead at the top of the table in January 2009, and Lawwell publicly stated that the decisions he made in January 2009 would be etched on his gravestone, with the decision not to buy Steven Fletcher when the money and opportunity was there to do so, being the main error he feels he made.
The problem is your board...they had the money and resources to ensure 10iar didn't slip away....but they went with the cheap option when it came to replacing Rodgers...and bought disco lights instead

that's what I was meaning. They'll take one isolated incident and play on it as another excuse to say football fans in general are this.
Pretty good read this article. The big question is, if he goes who do you replace him with? Newcastle ended up with Steve Bruce after Benitez. Journey men managers who do little to inspire. Rangers really struck it lucky with Gerrard as he attracts talent with his name and courts respect from his achievements as a player. Brendan Rodgers was a gamble that worked when, his stock as a manager was at an all time low, you could try to repeat that feat and just actually end out appointing a bad manager.

Hurting Policemen over football results was as out of order last night as it was in Manchester 08
Lennon got some of his abuse in the past because he (deliberately or otherwise) played the antagonist role.
He has been more serene (for him) in the last year or so, yet got that from his own fans last night.
Short memories...
