Think Sri Lanka missed a trick at 89-4. Should’ve stuck everyone round the bat even if it meant losing a few boundaries. They had to go for it then. Sometimes having men round the bat just adds extra pressure to the batsman.

This has been too easy since Buttler came in.

You've got to feel sorry for Lasith Embuldeniya. He's taken 10 wickets so far and ploughed on 40 runs at the end of their innings when the second highest score was 16.

Their batting and Chandimal's captaincy have been atrocious today. They've been unlucky with a few LBW decisions against Sibley but they were in a strong position at the start of the day. Completely blown it.

There's no need for that

Buttler really comes into his own in these scenarios.

To be fair we've had a lot of help from the umpires today

The fact that Anderson bowled 2 overs and Wood wasn't even needed tells you everything you need to know about their second innings effort

Still, credit to England, lost the toss in both test matches away from home without any real sort of build up and barring a catastrophe, will end up winning both. This one will be even more pleasing being up against big first innings runs. Under Bayliss, we probably would have been all out for 220-230 and lost this game.
