I cringe at all the 'new fans' on social media that say change this, buy this without a clue on Bielsas methods and how he works.
I had similar concerns about the team fading but starting to get use to MBs methods and the way our attack operated in the last 15 minutes last night was sensational.
If according to Tim Sherwood last night 'we have blown a gasket' then I want us to do that every week ( pundits don't you just love 'em?).
I do think we can continue the intensity due to 8 less games in the PL and the players having bought into MBs methods for quite a while now.
Last nights result probably was better than a rest for the players - we questioned the effect of confidence before the game but what a tonic for the whole squad not just us fans.
NJS - I have concerns about our Midfield getting overran at times and the current defensive line doesn't make me brim with confidence but if we trust the 'we'll score more than you' philosophy and the fact that when we have the new lads back - we can be a match for anyone on our day.
LUFC is an ongoing project which will get better and better after time with proper sensible investment at the correct junctures.

Agree mostly with your opinions though your last comment may well live or die a death depending on Bielsa's intentions, how long is he here for?
I firmly believe that 'passing on the baton' and who takes it up will be very close to the top of the agenda. Suspect MBs legacy will be the foundations of this club for years to come.
....or we could revert to Pulis or Alladyce!
Arsenal have left it a bit late for Alladyce!..
But some are suggesting they should try for Bielsa!..
Only fools and horses come to mind!..
Bielsa wont change the system and we should all be thankful for that.
People need to start enjoying the ride were on because he wont be around forever.

Kamara surely the thought of those is worth at least a 10 match ban!
MB has re switched on or turned us and half the country into connoisseur's of the beautiful game.
njs, agree with your comments about opinions and your right to say them. but i dont think a change in the system
we play is needed, only a tweeking.
most of our games this year have been really entertaining, win or lose. i can't believe we cant continue playing the high energy attacking game and not tighten up on set pieces. one of the goals yesterday was due to the fact that ayling lost his man.
if we were getting torn to shreads on the couter because of our style then i would say maybe we have to tone it down a bit.
one thing for sure i wouldn't trade bielsa for moreniho at any cost. so glad we dont just park the bus. this team makes me proud the way we play and i honestly think we can cut down a lot of the goals we concede on free kicks with a little more experience as a team.

Perhaps we should all vote, so we know where we stand: do you want a forum where it's a cosy Leeds fans 'love in' intolerant of opposing opinions that the majority don't share?
Or a forum where football opinions other than exclusively Leeds fans opinions are tolerated even if you don't agree with them?
An example is my opinions come in for abuse as does Lowfields and The Donn...just because a majority don't like their opinions it doesn't mean they're entitled to the shameful and unnecessary abuse they receive, it's pathetic!
You read on this forum quite often the same tired old cliches if you don't agree with someones categorical opinion, here's a selection: "you don't go to matches"
"Why don't you go back to reading teletext".
"why don't you support another club?" "You must be blind if you don't enjoy how we play" well reading the forum when we win, everyone's enjoying the way we play....but I don't read all this stuff when we lose, or lose badly....dare I say there won't be much enjoyment of how we play if we are near the relegation zone, you can stick that "enjoying the way we play" right up your 'arris.
Faith, maybe you should delete posts that disagree with your opinions and themes....give a warning "anyone who disagrees with my opinions shall be deleted!" Because as I've found out it just encourages those that think this is exclusively the Leeds United Cosy Club.
Some on here need to be on tranquillisers, if they're not already, a different opinion to theirs seems to send them into an uncontrollable abuse mode, have they tried an anger management course?!
Read my lips THIS IS A FORUM for football opinion not to get off on personal abuse if someone disagrees with your opinion.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And yet, NJS, all the responses to you are those that are having debate and disagreeing with you, just as you are disagreeing with them.
As regards Lowfields and Donn, they attract the response they get because they NEVER EVER come on here and contribute ANYTHING positive! You seen them since last night? No. There’s debate and there’s pure ingrained negativity. Debate is good .Negativity absolutely isn’t.
I think you need to read Salonica...my posts are whether you agree or disagree are debatable posts, not one or two line abuse....I don't start the abuse, only defend myself from the posters usually with agendas, you need to reread the posts, my posts are reasonable opinions, nothing wrong with them.
suggestions are always welcome but maybe not agreed to. for me keep the status quo and rock (ish) on, it could be a mystery song, hope we do not roll over and lay down and go down down, on our paper plane but we could win again again
And yet Salonika its significant you bring my posts to account but not the abusive posts, enough said.
Sorry montleeds I was replying to your post but got sidelined by Salonika....
Salonika refers to The Donn and Lowfields but he doesn't read it accurately. I didn't mention whether their opinions were right or wrong, but imo they were not entitled to the level of abuse....the 'cosy Leeds club' on here think they're the football equivalent of the mafia the way they back each other up.
Well I've served my apprenticeship as a Leeds fan, in the past travelled the country supporting, had season tickets for home games, suffered many disappointments supporting the club, cried and laughed at the fortunes and I'm not taking this krap of you must agree with 'club' to be popular...stick it up your 'arris!!
NJS... can never support abuse... but Lowfields and Donn get the responses they purposely encourage by the way they interact on this forum.

Reading the thread think the track has been lost a little!
Regarding the style, it’s amazing, the football is slimiest fantasy at times.. what comes with this, is risk - thing is, it’s not changing, and I don’t want it to either! Would of taken this during the league 1 days all day long.. my thought chain is enjoy it now, the good, the bad, and the mouth watering.. because when it’s not here, we will wish it was.
Will this style win titles.?. I don’t think so, sorry, maybe wrong, but title winning teams build from a solid defensive unit, incorporating their style.. as NJS rightly points out, kompany, VVD etc... those alone didn’t make them successful, they simply completed the defensive unit.
