And btw...nobody knew what Bolingoli was doing...ever!

I remember Celtic fans on here telling me he was going to turn out good.

The die was cast the day zach made his 'trust you coonts to sign a guy with bomb in his name'

"If one of my staff disobey every rule in the book of an evening or a weekend and get caught am I or my company somehow responsible?

Of course not."

So if someone's at a work's night out and tries to ravish another male/female over a table then the employer turn's a blind eye?

Of course not.

It’s an intractable problem
How does one define which infraction is the most serious other than with hindsight or “bigotry” There’s nothing at Celtics “training camp/ pash up” that concerns me
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ah. Bigotry you say. That could work.

Stevie, the answer is stupidity.

Rangers players were so stupid they got themselves posted on social media so the whole squad knew before they went to their beds that night.

Boli was even more stupid. However, some of the stupidity signals got tangled in his heid such that he inadvertently came up with an almost cunning plan to fly from a local airport and expect there to be no bears in sight taking pics so he was at the mercy of when that bear would get said pics to the press from Spain.

Of course, like the club, having been sussed, he had nothing to lose by still going through with it and hoping the said bear dropped his phone in the pool on holiday and nothing came of it. He was wrong. I checked the last census the other day. Scotland has 0.12% black residents. He literally stuck out like a sore thumb.

What’s this “got off with” piish?

An employer is not responsible for the actions of an employee out of “office hours”.

If one of my staff disobey every rule in the book of an evening or a weekend and get caught am I or my company somehow responsible?

Of course not.

Fwcking pathetic this moonhowling nonsense.

Think the situation with COVID is a bit different
----------------------------------------------------------------------

No it is not. Our businesses cannot be done for anything Covid related unless during work hours.

Everyone has a private life.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Considering professional football is enjoying certain privileges, on the basis that particular COVID regulations are met, practiced and upheld.....with the government potentially taking those privileges away and football coming to a standstill again if that isn't done....I again say, I think the situation is a bit different

Would love to see the government's response if umpteen football players were breaking COVID regs consistently, with the club's and the football authorities responding by saying "everyone has a private life"

The seasons would be halted the next day

Me neither. I’ve got no axe to grind with this at all

It just doesn’t look great from a P.R. Point of view, especially to Celtic fans that are p!ssed off with their team’s performance, being in lockdown and not able to have a pint in the sun.

Rangers really got away with it because Edmondson and Jones are obviously not the sharpest bulbs in the book.

If it didn’t go out on social media that night things could’ve been very different.

I'm surprised really about all the energy that's been put into this.

Carl Jung might have said it was to drown your foe in his guilt.

Was a Bear I'd get pure tore intae the fitba & payback for the bad years.

A bit bizarre imo the focus from - admittedly - a handful of posters.

Having said that this is the only fitba forum I've been on.

So we're maybe getting a deserved rodgering there fitbawise.

I 100% agree...and if the club tried to peddle some story saying "they didn't know anything about it", I'd find that hard to believe and be rather disappointed

There was a decent piece in the paper the other day about people now getting offended if others are having a good time even though they are breaking no covid guidelines.

I finished a long shift, had my dinner, put together a flat pack table and then got back to this very minor schitstorm

I’ve only skimmed the past few pages cos I really didn’t think there’s much of an issue here.
