Arteta has had more time than emery, spent more money than emery and survived worse runs of form than emery, who we all saw wasn't good enough. so wy keep arteta? it's looking increasingly stupid to keep him on as manager by any means necessary.
At this point it's more about Arteta than the age profile of the team - this is after all the first time we've had a young side since mid-period Wenger.
Until KSE lose faith in Arteta being able to grow and adapt with experience, I doubt they'll pull the trigger.
Fully expect him to be backed this summer.

Are you sure they will trust him to spend another £150m? Last summer you could reasonably argue that he had not been backed. But if spending more money than anyone else gets you nowhere?

Because I could see real progress before the Palace game.
We are collapsing now because we have no answer to two important players being injured and our of the season.
Arteta manage to get out the players that really disturb the team.
It was clear to me that we need more depths in every position.
Do you really think it is enough to buy one striker in the summer and being done with it?
Liverpool has got 6 strikers alone to chose from.
