Any cvnt who says we can't repeat this next year should be ignored.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I think we'll have more challenges next season, but we'll also have a much better squad I imagine, in terms of depth, experience and quality
----------------------------------------------------------------------

And another season's worth of education under the belt for Arteta.

I think people forget just how green he is.

Things can only get better.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We really had all the tools to win it this year to be honest, we've dominated every team bar Man City. Just convert the draws against Westham and Southampton to wins and I think we would have had it in the bag, even with the Man City losses
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That's where the experience comes in.

Our First XI is as competitive as anyone out there. But the quality drops off a cliff beyond that.

An experienced manager builds a quality 26-man squad with enough cover to last a 50-game season.

While keeping everyone happy .
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And that task of building the squad gets a lot harder - now we have the CL teams to compete against. It's just as much about who we get rid of during the summer - giving us the scope to buy better players

Its actually easier now that we are in the CL. Its very hard to attract the better class players if you are not in the top European competition.

We can have Zinchenko defending against top wingers in the Champions league. Shudder to think of what a Kingsley Coeman of Bayern will do to him.
If Tierney leaves, a top quality, pacy left back is a priority.
Of course Tavares needs selling

A fair point - but our lack of depth THIS season was there for all to see - just sorting that out is a decent task - finding that EXTRA quality to maintain a run in the CL is a matter of getting the extra money

True. However, KSE have been spending a lot. And Kroenke is saying all the right things with the reported £200m budget before sales. CL income helps a lot with ffp.

No!, you of shallow mind, that was FOUR months ago and was in CONTEXT! That comment meant then that if Arsenal continued to drop points, at their then current rate, they would be lucky to finish in the top 4. Still a very sage and sapient comment. Now, please kindly get lost!

Arsenal have been punching above their weight all season and have a manager who has yet to really prove himself. Yes, they still have game in hand, but they will be fortunate to finish in the top four.

We will lose to Brighton

Brighton has been outstanding this season. Never an easy game for us especially at home.

Just keep winning our games to get these 90 points which is an incredible achievement.

Yeah this is going to be a very tough game

Total neutral, who was hoping Arsenal could get over the line this season. Can’t see it now, but all you can do is win the remaining games and hope for a miracle. Regardless, your team have been a pretty enjoyable watch all season.

Want Brighton to get international footy next season. Looking at their line-up today they have a very talented first eleven. Today they missing even good first teamers.

This will be another big test for us.
