It was a harsh red, but I'd be asking for one if Bournemouth did the same thing.

Saliba needs to bounce back mentally. Been a hard week for him.

It's another one of those ones where in isolation you must justify it but it'll be contradicted by another bunch of decisions this weekend.

End of the day, standard is poor and it's embarrassing the brand. PL should give the power to VAR nerds

Exactly how I viewed it, a sore one to be fair but if reserved I'd have wanted it?

Surely we can create something against Bournemouth even with 10 men.

Away from home, there is something definitely up with the attack

Was it Kiwior who ducked for Bournemouths first goal? If he stands up tall he blocks it.

7 points we have cost ourselves with idiocy and it’s not even November

Man City don't lose games like that with 10 men against a team like Bournemouth

That might be the case but it ain't a good look for the referees when it happened the camera pans to Webb who is talking to someone over a microphone what's going on there.

Just not a clear and obvious error to give a yellow card there.

However we were dire even with 11, not sure why you would start Sterling not sure why he was even signed. At least starting Jesus on the right he'd have put a shift in and if you want to go defensive then why no Martinelli for pace ,/ outlet on the counter.

In very tight games you need to take the opportunity. Martinelli didnt right before B´mouth scored.

Yeah. Thats what I want Webb to answer.

Merino doesn't look much different to Jorginho, average at best.

Yeh that was not a good look for them and it's not the first time, I agree, I've always felt that VAR allows the refs to make a lazy call either way and am not a fan of it but it's here to stay sadly and games will, like this one, be decided by "sketchy" calls

Man City have seen it and done it. I remember the mistakes they were making when they won their first.

We have been shafted with fixtures! Once we play 1 big team it's followed up by another! Playing 5 of last 7 top 7 away from home in your first 11 games is a joke! Obviously today was a game going into we "expected" to win so dropping points here has made things more difficult for us.

posted on 19/10/24

99% of decisions go against us, VAR or not, that's the problem.

tbf to him. He looked completely off pace. I don't think he is ready to make his first start and Arteta out thought himself.

People are talking up Liverpool and they lost at home to Forest. Teams will drop points.

You should have a run of "easier" games coming up then? Imo this season has a LONG way to go, tonight was a sore one but you'll have a chance to turn it around soon, beat Liverpool and it's back on

100% I feel this season all teams will have games where they lose or draw when maybe not expected, LONG way to go

But he's what, 28? He's used to slower paced La Liga.

Not a bad player but don't think he was what we needed to upgrade midfield and not convinced he can adapt to PL speed at his age.
