They're letting us play, have to score while on top ffs
The way Wenger dealt with problems is part of the reason we've got such a soft mentality around the club, something Arteta is having to try and change because we won't be successful otherwise.
I disagree with doing it publicly too, but he knows Auba better than any of us do and knows what the issue is better than us.

The story of our season is we are hardly worse than our opponent but still manage to lose or draw games.

Think Laca was in better form than Auba too and links up better with the three behind him too, plus likes the NLD
Would be a strong argument to pick him anyway
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is the thing. He could have just said it was tactical or squad rotation. Publicly humiliating Auba for no reason is just pointless. Artitler is a dumbass. We’ve seen with Gwen, Saliba, Ozil, Balogun, Emi, AMN, Martinelli and now Auba that man management is a massive weakness of his
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This. Basically gives everyone an excuse to blame Auba if we lose. Poor management I agree.
We are keeping the ball well - not trying pointless passes and conceding possession
Our crosses just never work.

Wenger isn't Arteta. There's plenty to say about his "arm around the shoulder" approach, too.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
If you are Pep and earned the reputation of being the best manager in the world then this sort of thing may work. However these players are grown men and they deserve to be treated as such. or they move and that costs the club millions. There is a reason why you handle high achieving employees differently to the cleaner.

It would be worth Arteta adding crossing to the practice list at training
Too many passes within shooting range.
Leno has kicked it long twice already. Hopefully no facking around at the back this time
