The way Wenger dealt with problems is part of the reason we've got such a soft mentality around the club, something Arteta is having to try and change because we won't be successful otherwise.

I disagree with doing it publicly too, but he knows Auba better than any of us do and knows what the issue is better than us.

Think Laca was in better form than Auba too and links up better with the three behind him too, plus likes the NLD

If you are Pep and earned the reputation of being the best manager in the world then this sort of thing may work. However these players are grown men and they deserve to be treated as such. or they move and that costs the club millions. There is a reason why you handle high achieving employees differently to the cleaner.
