My thoughts are, not only is it a sign we want to sign him, but you’d have to imagine there’s genuine hope that we will.

Very odd decision otherwise.

I hope not. He hasn't really shown anything worth spending £40m on him tbh.

I would still like to see Ødegaard on a season long loan. Nothing more yet.

I don't think we'll get it, as I think Zidane will leave Madrid. Unless we have a solid indication we're not seeing the last of him, odd decision to start him.
