Don't see how it would be madness to sack him just because you're still in some competitions. Didn't stop Chelsea sacking Frank when the writing was on the wall. A win over Pellets and a LC final doesn't mask your awful league form.

Spurs came to my attention when I was about seven. I just rounded it off to 60 years of actually going to WHL, but if you want I can add in the other five years, and make it a round 65 years of supporting, of which 61 years, not 60 years was actually attending matches.

I wouldn't want him to leave until the summer anyway. There's no one decent available at this point. This is how I see it...

1. He wins the League Cup and the Europa League but finishes outside the top four/six - He stays

2. He wins the League cup and finishes inside the top four - He stays

3. He wins the League Cup but finishes outside the top four/six - He's sacked

4. He wins nothing and finishes outside the top four/six - He's definitely sacked.

For me, the League Cup isn't enough unless there's a significant upturn in results in the league. His remit was to keep us where we were in the league (top four) AND win some silverware. He wasn't told to ignore the league in favour of the cups. That wasn't the deal.

After the draw Spurs have been made 2nd favourites at 7/2, with Man United fractionally ahead at 3/1. It is 7/1 bar those two.

Just got back, and yes I am happy with that draw
