In my opinion so far Thiago has been poor.

He's been light weight, slow and far too safe with his passing. He has also gives away stupid free kicks with alarming regularity.

Our injuries have destroyed our season, but I expected much, much more from an experienced player like him.

Jones, a kid, and an ageing Milner have outperformed him this season.

Still time for him to turn it around though.

But compared to werner and havertz?

Someone said Brewster earlier on. I think that's a pretty good shout. He has been awful for Sheffield United, and when you look at some of the signings that similar level teams have made for less that is especially brought into focus. So much hype around him that right now looks pretty unjustified.

To be fair I have probably underplayed how thick he really is, so you are probably right.

Werner is a decent player and is starting to show his value at Chelsea. Trouble is, people thought they’d signed a word beater. Attacking stats in the Bundesliga are to be taken with a pinch of salt.

VDB hasn’t shown anything to suggest he will make it at Utd yet.

That is your opinion which should, for consistency, then extend to the post in which that question was being referenced. However you actually acknowledged and offered a defence of yourself. (Despite a question not being asked.)

Ergo in reference to the question asked in the first instance you didn’t ignore it, you actually avoided any attempt at answering it.

Is this dodging/bottling persona an extension to the angry internet person, or is it a real manifestation of yourself?
