Exiting the group stage of champions league.
Out of title race with 15 games left.
Good chance of finishing behind Leicester.

---

CL run - yes, not good. Deserves some criticism for that.
Out of the title race? We were never in the facking title race and anyone who thought we were ever in with a sniff was deluded. Even the most optimistic United fan thought we'd finish 3rd this year. It was nice to be top for a bit, but we all knew it was never going to last - our squad aint good enough for it yet.

Culer says hi.

Also genuine question what's a boomer?

It’s social media term used for somebody that’s above 50, that’s my understanding anyway.

It's for people who were born between 1945-1955.... VC was born before then, right?

Well you think Ole is a better manager than Rodgers.

.....

Do I?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Do you?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

So I can ignore your comment then as you don’t know,

----------------------------------------------------------------------
You will ignore because you don't have the capacity to answer.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

I will ignore it because it is something you made up with out any knowledge on my opinion.

Thanks Ji. I am not quite that old. I didn’t see the 50’s sadly. It would have been a great time to be a United fan. And a sad one.

I can only think that the likes of Red Indian, like stretty before him, only ever saw 90s/00s success.

Imagine these soft focks in the 70s and 80s

Whilst I think the OP is ridiculously over the top, and that I certainly won't be joining in with the booing of Ole, I think the point of stating Ole isn't really good enough for United long-term is probably correct.

I do think if we finish top 4 (first time we'll have done that two seasons in a row since SAF times) then, results wise, he'll probably have deserved another season. We do need to see more improvements though. It is a worry to me that the football hasn't been that great for most of his time at OT.

I'm not Ole out but, to be honest, I wouldn't be heartbroken if he were to be replaced over the summer either.

And this is pretty much how I and I suspect most on here, feel. I don’t think it will happen: And of course it would depend on who we would bring in.

People of the OP’s ilk have to have everyone as either Ole in or Ole out.

They weave quite a narrative... That we would follow him into the championship etc. It's quite bizzare, but fits in perfectly with the idiocy we see everywhere else online, where the dumbest people need a box A and box B to make life's chaos a bit easier to digest.

In my ideal world we'd discover a few gems to go into the first team, Ole improves the performances as a result (which would improve the chances of success), and that puts an end to me scepticism.

I think pretty much everyone the OP classes as a 'boomer' (still no idea wtf that is) shares this view. If we thought Culer was a genuine poster we would be calling him out on his bollox too.

There are just so many idiots like the OP on this board who cannot comprehend that there is a space between black and white.

Well said OP. Sport is about competition. if you're not striving to be the best, you're going backwards.

On paper, I don't think Ole has done badly but we have it within our power to do a lot better in terms of competing.

On a personal level, I just can't enjoy 90 minutes of football the way we play.

What I find quite funny here is this weird evolution of VC.

I remember vividly there was an article at the time Ole took over, someone said Ole may be given the job full time come end of the season. Typical VC he proceeded to insulting said individual calling him all names under the sun, as he did not believe for one second OGS will be given the job at Manchester United.

He is now all of a sudden playing this card of support this manager and support the club. Absolute and utter joke.

Just reading the OP, is he suggesting there are riots in the streets of Madrid every time Real are only 2nd in the table?

Is he also requesting that we all boo the team the next time we're allowed in the stadium?

This is a very strange parallel universe I've stumbled on.

Pretty sure he's suggesting we boo.

Or did he mean do it at home so no-one hears?

If Madrid hadn't won a trophy in 4 years, exited at the group stages of the champions league, and the title race was over with a third of the season to go... they probably would be rioting.

Maybe being entitled is a reason they have 13 European cups.
