Don't think he could qualify for England Wigan. Was in Scottish schools for over 5 years I think so qualifies for us.

yes but hasnt played for you at first team level so if in england for 4/5 years he can play for them

Doesn't work like that Wigan. Think he'd have to wait 8 years before being eligible to play for England? As otherwise it's 5 years in school system. But not sure if it's different for home nations in UK.
