Why do Di Matteo til the end of the season? If you think it's the management doing badly (no matter how wrong that is) get rid of them all

Think your being too harsh on your squad. Drogba and Torres are two of the best Premier League strikers of the last 5 years, Lampard one of the best midfielders of the Premiership ever, Miereles his signing. Malouda been poor.
Its up to the manager to make it work, and find a system these players work in.

well bruce buck who is adviser to abromovic said they would give him time to rebuild the squad. clearly gourlay has other plans and deceided to say he should go.
on the one brightside if the players wanted him out there will at least be a lift in the team and the players who will be leaving might put in some effort. still tough for di matteo.
