You can guarantee if Chelsea don't get CL there will be a lot of changes which will improve the team a lot! Missing out on the CL might finally see the changes the squad has needed for about 3 years, so might not be all that bad, still got plenty of money to compete, already a strong squad and most players move for wages rather than CL now anyway. Just need a manager

Of course I said that at the beginning of the season but for the past few years arsenal fans kept saying they'd be above Chelsea and look how that turned out. Infancy last season around Christmas-February you said Arsenal would very easily finish above Chelsea, woops

Why will we not be able to sign top players? Do you really think players will be that bothered about one year out of the CL compared to massive wages? Look at Falcao quality striker moved to an EL team. One season makes no difference when you have the money Chelsea have. Sure there will be a big name signing or two, cirtainly imrpovements on what we have now

well anyway.... 4-4-2 season preview (the football bible) has the prediction table and only has 3 teams in the correct places anyone care to guess....

But there's plenty of ones who would jet, man city got Silva, Yaya Toure, Tevez ect ect without CL and Chelsea could easily spend that amount of money too

No ones saying they will get straight back in but right now it's only one season if it does happen, players coming in would be doing so to get back to where Chelsea were before same even if we finished 4th its not as if they will be thinking there's no point because they won't be in CL next year either when it's one season in about 10-11 years.

Not sure that's really true jet, lot more money to offer, 3 other Belgians and he's only really been in the CL for 3 months at 21 sure he can wait a whole longer

Hed get into any team in the PL tbh but even if he doesn't join there's plent of other ringers that would still likely join if given right wages, Jovetic, Lucas, Lavezzi ect
