Basically LSTD sold Benatia despite not playing all of his required games, he's 5 short or something like that, and JET said it's unfair as he had to keep Kaka for a long time, and LSTD says that you didn't play Eto'o properly under his rules and JET says he didn't know about them - something like that

It's no different to JET being able to sell Etoo despite hardly playing him, Fan being able to sell Del Piero without playing him and you loaning out a player who joined you on loan to play games.
And if it's Rafael the keeper you're not selling him jet he hasn't even played one game and you got your leeway on etoo
